Great time to finally sit down with a Fathers Day gift from DaringDaughter. Cedar Point has long been a favorite destination of our family, with some wild experiences to add to the stories. The Top Thrill Dragster was special in that I promised to wait for my first ride until DaringDaughter was tall enough to ride too. Being DaringDaughter, she chose the front seat, a decision we immediately regretted at launch- then promptly got over as we crested the tower!

VR1000, one of the coolest bikes ever built by Harley-Davidson. The engine powering this Superbike racer was the first engineering step to the Revolution engine powering my V-Rod. I like to imagine there's a little VR1000 in my VRSCR, channeling the tiniest bit of the legendary Miguel Duhamel to my riding!

Knew it would be bad, but put off opening the clutch master cylinder on Street Rod till I got a few more weeks of riding in. Can't believe it was actually working- DOT 4 should NOT be gelatinous and crunchy!

I have a collection of photos of my motorcycles/cars with Kurlee Kone as the perfect backdrop. These photos go back decades, to the days of Kodachrome and Tri-X. It's a spot with so many memories of family and friends, so much ice cream with my grandparents.
Unchanging as if caught in time, always setting off the film reel in my brain...

Oh yeah, it's also a great place for ice cream- start your own memories!
